You can still submit and upload your documents. If you need any assistance obtaining documents, registration or updates on status, please email Online Services and quote your consent number. We can send documents via a sharelink or answer any other question you may have. We hope to get this resolved as soon as we can and apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

Also, we are receiving a high volume of building consent applications at the moment. This could mean we start processing your consent later than we normally would.
